When you create a CorperHQ account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, state of deployment, batch, and password (stored securely as a hash). When you make a payment, our payment processor (Paystack) handles your card details we never store your full card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and subscription
- To personalise content for your state, batch and PPA
- To send you job alerts, notifications and service updates
- To improve our AI assistant and platform features
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as Paystack for payments, or hosting providers) strictly to operate the platform. PPA reviews and community posts you choose to make public are visible to other users.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure hashing for passwords. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. Your Rights
You can access, update or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard settings. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@corperhq.ng.
