1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CorperHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
CorperHQ is intended for Nigerian NYSC corps members, prospective corps members, and recent graduates. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Subscription & Payments
- CorperHQ Premium costs ₦2,500 per year, billed once annually.
- Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.
- Premium access grants full platform access for 12 months from the date of payment.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default; you will be prompted to renew at expiry.
- Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of payment if no premium features were used, by contacting support.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to post false PPA reviews, harass other users, share misleading NYSC information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content & Reviews
Reviews and posts you submit may be displayed publicly to help other corps members. You retain ownership of your content but grant CorperHQ a licence to display it on the platform.
6. AI Assistant Disclaimer
CorperHQ's AI assistant provides general guidance based on NYSC documentation and community knowledge. It is not a substitute for official communication with NYSC officials. Always verify critical decisions (redeployment, clearance, etc.) with your Local Government Inspector or State Coordinator.
7. Limitation of Liability
CorperHQ is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that all PPA, accommodation or job listings are current or error-free. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform content.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of CorperHQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
